Proper Answers
Failure to properly answer to ALL questions in your appeal will most likely result in your ban appeal getting closed, without a reviewal.
This INCLUDES posting your IP. We don't care if you're under a VPN or if you have a dynamic IP. You must give us an IP, end of discussion.
You must also give a valid answer to why you think you should be unbanned.
Wrongful bans & multiple ban appeals
If you think you have been banned or warned for an invalid reason, I recommend you to also open an administrative complaint.
When the administrative complaint gets resolved, the ban appeal can much easier be handled and reviewed.
Posting multiple ban appeals is highly irritating for us and will end up in an infraction for the poster.
Ban Lengths
The current standard ban length for 3 warnings is...:
7 days temporary ban.
The length can depend on the severity of the offences/warnings.
If the player has been banned previously, the ban will be lengthened. If the player also is high levelled, expect nothing less than a month temporary ban.
If you think your ban length is too long, post an administrative complaint and don't open a bunch of new ban appeals in attempt to have it reviewed by another ban appealer.
IP addresses
You are responsible for your own IP address.
Unless you can, with SOLID proof and convincing facts show us that your IP address was banned due to either an obvious mistake or in connection to another ban aimed at ANOTHER player (that can easily be separated with you), your IP ban won't be lifted.
We do not unban your IP if you say that someone else was sitting at your house, hacking or breaking server rules. We simply don't unban an IP address from were severe server rules have been broken.
Tips
Be patient. Don't PM the ban appealers incase you don't have any additional information than stated in your ban appeal. Your ban appeal WILL be reviewed.
Give us a detailed answer on every question. Try to give us more than a sentence as to why you should be unbanned.
Permanent bans may not be reappealed every day.
Take screenshots of your ban. It may help.
Before you type "I don't know why I got banned." Ask yourself this question: "Is there any way my IP could've gotten banned?".
